Join The Movement

We all want to live a life that matters – a life that makes a kingdom difference this side of heaven. Yuma 1st Church is indeed on the move; following God’s lead in making a difference in the lives of our church family, our community, our region, our nation, our world. Come join the Movement.

Join Our Family

Yuma 1st Church is not just a place to go, where you can worship God and learn about Him. It is a family to belong to, as children of God, where we are journeying together in truth and love, to know Christ and become more like Him.

Gathering In-Person

At Yuma First, you can expect friendly greetings from caring folks and a selection of coffees, teas, and cocoa along with donuts or occasionally other treats at our coffee bar in the foyer. Our adult Sunday school class meets at 9:30 a.m. Join us for fellowship back in the foyer after Sunday school, and we will begin our worship service at 10:30 a.m. in our sanctuary. Our worship music is live, with a mix of contemporary praise and traditional hymns. Our services generally last about one hour, with dismissal and benediction between 11:30 a.m. and noon.
We offer a free gift to guests! Make sure to fill out a “Welcome!” card and put that in the offering plate as it goes by, and check the Welcome table near the front entrance to grab one of our bright red Yuma Naz aluminum water bottles on your way out for lunch!

SUNDAY MORNINGS FOR YOUTH AND KIDS

The Future is Now

A fun, caring environment encourages everyone to participate, enjoy their time with us, and come to know Jesus and grow closer to Him! During the service, we offer a coloring table in the rear of the sanctuary, where younger children may enjoy some creativity, or the nursery is also located just outside of the sanctuary, off the foyer, where little ones may also color, play with small toys, or sit with parents.

NURSERY

Our nursery is available and is located just outside of the sanctuary, off the foyer for parents to bring small children if needed.

We would much rather have a church filled the noise of children than empty pews filled with silence.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)
